Team Levels
If we see a good opportunity for a player to change levels, we’ll make it happen.
There are many reasons for players on each team and finding the best fit is important
Players are being evaluated at ALL times: at practices and in games, in the classroom, and in the weight room
Expectations
Family
Support the program; in the stands, at home, with volunteering, Booster Club
Coaches are available to discuss your son’s development but not playing time or strategy
Echo a consistent message at home – it matters
Players
Be a good representative of your family and this program on campus and in the classroom
Be a good teammate
Be early and prepared
Don’t miss team practices, meetings, events, games, etc.
Be in great shape
Be a competitor – all drills, all conditioning, everything we do
We expect that Crespi basketball players play tough, play smart, and play as a team. We share the ball, make the extra pass, cover for our teammate, and respect the opponent.
